Early Rebel Recordings

This is wonderful stuff for a fan of the early days of bluegrass, and moreover, for a fan of modern bluegrass who respects the roots. I started as a fan of John Duffey [having met him and enjoyed him live, in his Seldom Scene days], and unfortunately he is only in half of this collection, but all four CDs are good. Highly recommended.

I had been told this was the only version of Big Bruce. It is not the one I wanted. Good if you like bluegrass banjo picking songs.
