This CD is worth it's weight in gold. The mix is outstanding. One of the few CD's that you'll enjoy playing straight through time and time again. The songs take us back to a more simple time. Some of the best songs ever written are here. Simple, infectious melodies that will never go out of style. This CD is worth twice it's price. Buy it, you won't be sorry.

Although I hear an occasional new 'country' song that I like, Country music has changed so much that it doesn't sound or FEEL like country any more!I'm 55 years old and I remember TRUE country and country/western. My parents were music lovers and I grew up in a house of country/western. However just as much Rock and Pop was played by my 5 older siblings, and I love it all.This CD could only be better if it were on vinyl!Johnny Cash, Marty Robbins, Tammy Wynette, George Jones, Stonewall Jackson, Ray Price and more...
